ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Perfect for producing a high volume of chips, the powerful CS-C1 chipper delivers 25kg of chips per minute. This compact unit can be mounted on a drainer, worktop or stand, making it suitable for kitchens of any size.
The CS-C1 utilises a screw-down, quick-release knife block (available in 12mm, 14mm, 17mm by 14mm, or 21mm by 17mm) to meet the requirements of your establishment. Chips are cut to the perfect size and shape, with minimal waste. The single knife blade can be removed quickly and easily for cleaning or replacement.
An extra large hopper, with a 12kg capacity, enables quick loading to keep up with demand at busy times. Safety interlocks on the hopper and knife block ensure safe operation.
The CS-C1 is constructed from heavy-gauge, rust-proof stainless steel, providing strength and longevity, as well as making the unit easy to clean.
