Wherever a high degree of hygiene is required the HOBART Care S10-C thermal disinfection dishwasher is the ideal solution. Unlike conventional machines, the FXSTD uses steam as the disinfection agent. The temperature is transmitted to the wash ware better and more efficiently through steam, as opposed to water. This guarantees the required disinfection result. Compared to conventional thermal disinfection, the innovative FXSTD saves up to 55 % of water– while achieving a disinfection value of A0 60 – in line with EN ISO 158831-1 / 3.

GUARANTEED HYGIENE
The innovative Care S10-C with steam thermal disinfection guarantees hygienic wash results. The steam disperses completely and evenly throughout the wash chamber. No areas get missed. During the wash process, the wash ware reaches a temperature of 80 °C for a minimum of 60s measured on the ware. The machine achieves the minimum requirement of A060 (acc. EN ISO 15883-1/3) period. This corresponds to disinfection level A060 in line with EN ISO 15883-1/3 – comparable to that required for medical instruments.
INTEGRATED WATER SOFTENER
Limescale is often responsible for building up deposits on machine parts, in the boiler and on heating elements reducing efficiency and detergent performance, increasing running costs and causing failures. That is why the dishwasher is fitted with an integrated water softening system. The automatic water softening process ensures the smooth operation of the dishwasher. The integrated water softening system protects the dishwasher – in particular, the heating elements in the boiler – from the build-up of limescale.
VISIOTRONIC INTELLIGENT CONTROL
A control panel must show the operator key information, such as the programme status or warning signals, immediately and at a glance. Further information about the current wash programme, temperature or operating data must be accessible quickly and easily. The VISIOTRONIC Intelligent Control Panel satisfies all of these requirements. All the necessary information appears on the large display, both in clear text and in the form of symbols. The display is activated by a proximity sensor and deactivates when the operator moves away from the machine. The START button is permanently lit up and uses colour coding to show the current operating status of the machine. The VISIOTRONIC Intelligent Control Panel ensures simple and intuitive operation of the HOBART dishwasher.
