Gas-Minder GM-4CS Interlock Control

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

GM-4CS has two in-build fan current sensors (2.8 kW per sensor), system status indicators, stop button and the facility to connect a remote stop button and air pressure switches. It complies with the mandatory requirement (BS 6173:2009) for commercial kitchens. The control unit ensures there is no gas flow to burners unless air extraction is present.
A gas solenoid valve is not supplied with this unit, due to varying sizes.
