With flexible control and economical performance, the Blue Seal Cobra Salamander Grill has two individually controlled heat zones for greater accuracy when cooking. By allowing you to create heat gradients or cold zones within the unit, you can switch to a single zone to save money when demand dips or you can delicately alter either side to perfect the rareness of meat such at steak or burger. A removable drip tray makes the process of cleaning quick and easy.
